My dear friends, we loveyou so very much,

Divine love wants to circulate throughout the entire universe. Itwants to flow to you and through you into every area of your lives.

神圣之爱需要在整个宇宙中传播。它想要流经你，并经由你进入你生命的每一个方面。

It wants to help you find perfect health and well being,abundance, and beautiful relationships. It wants to gently guide you away from that which hurts andtowards that which expands. The Divine lives within allcreation, dear ones, as surely as the ocean lives within each wave. It desiresharmony within, and that means it desires harmony in your lives.

它想要帮助你找到完美的健康、幸福、丰盛和美好的关系。它想要温柔地引导你远离那些伤害并走向扩展。神存在于所有造物之中，亲爱的，就像海洋存在于每一个波浪中一样。它渴望内在的和谐，这意味着它渴望你们和谐的生活。

You were made in the “image and likeness” of the Creator, not interms of appearance, but rather in terms of essence. TheCreator is infinite love and potential and has no form outside of its owncreation. You are the “cloak” of the Divine… can you imagine? Within you livesthe power that creates universe. Within you lives the potential to observe, andacknowledge any possible reality you wish to experience, and thereby toexperience it. Within you lies the power to permit the creator to enjoy itscreation… or to deny it the very same.

All pain, all problems, and all sensations of lack stem fromrestricting the flow love that wants to stream to you and through you.

You block the in-breath of Divine love whenyou criticize or belittle yourselves, treat yourselves with less than dignityand respect. You block love when you neglect to take care of your body, mind,and soul. You block the in-breath of love when you view yourself as “lesserthan” any other aspect of creation, or when you forget to enact healthyboundaries.

当你指责或贬低自己的时候，用缺少尊严和尊重的方式对待自己，你会阻止神圣之爱通过呼吸进入。当你忽视照顾你的身体、思想和灵魂时，你就会阻止爱。当你视自己比创造的任何其他方面渺小，或当你忘记了原则，你就会阻止爱通过呼吸而进入。

You block the out-breath of Divine Love whenyou judge and criticize, hate, and fear others, when you refuse to forgive, letgo, and let live.

当你评判、苛求、憎恨和恐惧别人时，当你拒绝去原谅，放手，让生命自由时，你会阻止神圣之爱的呼出。

Dear ones if you block the flow of love you are not a bad person…You are all simply growing. Everysingle soul upon your planet earth is learning to open to and share this streamof love that wants to circulate throughout universes. You always have been andalways will be nothing less than the source taken form in a unique and beautifulsoul. However your experience of that will be limiteduntil at long last you learn to let love flow.

亲爱的朋友们，如果你阻止了爱的流动时，你并不是一个坏人……你只是在成长。地球上的每一个灵魂都在学习敞开并分享爱的溪流，它想要在宇宙中流动。你一直而且永远不会比源头缺少什么，你们都是独特而美丽的灵魂。然而，你们的经历将会受到限制，直到你们学会让爱流动。

Treat yourselves with loving kindness. The Divine lives withinyou. Treat others with kindness and if their behavior does notwarrant attention or is unkind, simply withdraw yourself from either thesituation, the conversation, or the energy of unkindness.

用爱与慈悲善待自己。神存在于你之内。善待他人，如果他们的行为让人讨厌或不友善，简单地把你自己从这种状况、交谈、或不友善的能量中抽离出来。

You need never “dignify the darkness” with your attention. Youcan choose instead to love the light within all beings. You can lovingly sethealthy boundaries and withdraw your energy from those who can’t honor them.All souls, no matter how lost, are doing the best they can in any given moment.You are too.

你不需要用你的注意力去“美化黑暗”。你可以选择去爱所有的存有内在的光。你可以怀着爱设定有益的原则，并从那些不尊重他人的人那里收回你的能量。所有的灵魂，无论有多么迷失，在所有给予的机会中都在尽其所能，你们也是。

Breathe dear ones, deeply. Feel the Love of the Divine flowinginto you bringing you the energy of all that you might want or need. Breatheout, releasing your love into the universe. Blessyou for your love and service. You have just allowed the Source to breathe moredeeply throughout creation.
