We consciously live in the moment. Our perception of time fluctuates as we zone into the present, our core strengthening and clearing. As energetic flow increases through our chakras we transform from the inside out. We learn first hand that there is more to the world than what we see, hear, feel and are told. We choose joy over hate, love over fear, mindfulness over stress. We become the change we then see in the world.
