Greetings! Ashtar with you once again. We’re going to continue on with the maintenance of some of the grids as they continue to integrate the energies you have been receiving. That will be for your coming week. Then, for the two week following (until November 6th) you are being asked to do your Waking Lighthouse Meditation while this one (Janisel) is offline.

So, for this next meditation you are asked to spend the first five minutes sending the energy of Love into earth’s astral plane. You have been told that you are now on the threshold of the fourth dimension, and most of you go back and forth many times during your days, however you will want/need the energy of Love to pave the way for you as you go through that octave.

For the next five minutes you are asked to turn your focus to what you call the tectonic plates of earth and send the energy of Love to that grid.

For the last five minutes you are asked to send the energy of Love to the planet herself, helping her as she attempts to adjust to the changes within and without her.
