Greetings my children, it is I Quan Yin and I briefly come to you today to speak of nature, of change, of growth.

问候我的孩子们，我是观音，今天我临时前来，跟你们谈一谈自然，改变和成长。

Envision a river flowinggracefully with ease over the rough rocks. What happens to the water? Does itstop at the rock? No, it gently erodes it. So you are also doing right now inthis Now moment; you are eroding away all which does not serve you; all thedross and distant / painful murky memories- you don’t need them. Drop them inthe stream and let the water carry it away. Allow yourselves to be purified inthe water. Allow Love to erode and wash away the painful memories. Let them go.Let them flow down the stream, into the mighty river and out to the sea whereit is submerged, forgotten, mixed the sea of other experiences.

想象一条河流优雅舒缓地流过坑洼不平粗糙的岩石。水会有什么变化？它会停在岩石上了吗？不，它会慢慢冲刷它。所以你们现在也在这个时刻；你正在冲刷掉那些不再服务于你的东西；所有的糟粕和冰冷 / 痛苦阴暗的记忆 ---- 你不再需要它们。把它们放到溪流里，让水把它带走。允许自己在水中被净化。让爱冲刷和洗涤痛苦的记忆。让它们漂走。让它们顺着河水流走，流入大河，流向大海，在那里被淹没，被遗忘，融入海洋。

What happens to those rocksafter the water has repeatedly and continually flowed over and by? They arepolished. They shine! When you throw them a certain way into the still waterbodies what happens? They skip and they ripple – beautiful ripples that start asudden effect of interacting rings stirring up stagnant water.

这些石头在经过反复不断的冲刷之后，会发生什么变化呢？它们变得光滑。它们反射出光芒！当你把它们扔进平静的水中会发生什么？它们会跳跃，它们会产生出涟漪——美丽的涟漪会产生出意外的相互作用的环，搅动平静的水面。

You havedone it children! Let Love ripple your water and then be that Love and thoseripples to others and experience joy again, freedom again, rest again. For youare so weary.

你们都做过这些，孩子们！让爱荡漾在你的水中，然后把爱和那些涟漪送给其他人，再一次经验快乐，自由，休息吧，因为你太疲倦了。

Rest in me. Rest andbelieve, wake up renewed, restored. For unlike what you are force fed all isbecoming right with the world and the tide is indeed turning quickly. Whathappens when the rapid tide of the ocean swells quickly comes in children? Whathappens when you are not waiting for it? You get wet quickly, caught unawares,belongings float away.

让你内心平静。平静且相信，世界会醒来并焕然一新。因为不同于你已厌倦的形势，世界上所有的一切都在步入正轨，而潮流正在迅速地发生转变。当海水迅速涌来的时候，孩子们，你们要怎么做？你不想等待这样的事发生你要怎么做？抓紧，你很快就被湿透，你的行李会被冲走。

But you are aware. Let thetide of Love and light immerse you. Be ready for it. It is coming. It is here.It is in you.

但是你要意识到。爱与光的潮水会淹没你。做好准备。它即将来临。它就在这里。它在你之内。

Remember polished rocksmake the best memory rocks; when you rub them between your fingers you feel thesmoothness. You are reminded of the power of the water (in this case Love) andyou recall how the smoothness came to be from roughness (difficult memories).It is time to release those memories and let Love smooth your fears and sadnessaway.

记住，光滑的石头是留有最美好记忆的石头；当你在你的手指间摩擦它们时，你会感到平滑。你会想起水的力量（在这个例子中代表爱），你会想起如何从粗糙（艰难的回忆）变得光滑的。是时候释放这些记忆了，让爱抚平你的恐惧和悲伤。

Sit with me awhile by thelake, by the water lilies and we will toss pebbles together and watch the watercircles, and remember the Love that brought you here. Remember our love foryou. Remember the love you have for yourself to give yourself such a unique andwondrous experience.

和我一起坐在睡莲的湖边，我们一起抛鹅卵石，看着水的圆圈，记住在这里带给你的爱。记住我们对你的爱。记住你给自己的爱，给自己一个独特而奇妙的经历。

You are all like littlelotus blossoms on the water radiating light. Remember lotus blossoms float.They ride the waves excellently. So are you dear children, so are you.

你们就像在水面上的小荷花一样，想想漂浮的莲花，它们很好地驾驭了波浪，亲爱的孩子们，你们也是。

All is well. Rest now. Iwill watch over you. Let Love smooth and soothe all the roughness away.
