Greetings, this is Ashtar. We’re back and we’ve much work to do, so let’s get started. The energies have eased a bit, so we are going to continue with our focus of doing maintenance on the grids.

问候大家，我是阿斯塔。我们回来后有很多工作要做，现在就开始吧。能量已经减缓了一些，因此我们将继续针对系统维护做工作。

For the first five minutes of this meditation you are asked to send the energy of Love to the electromagnetic grid of earth.

For the second five-minute segment you are asked to send Love to the Lightworker Grid.

第二个5分钟，请发送爱给光工网络。

For the last five minutes you are asked to send Love to the core…not the heart, but the center core of your planet.

That’s it for this week. We will continue with the maintenance of the grids as we pave the way into the fifth dimension. And so it will be! Ashtar out.
