解決疑惑的方式就是明晰

那瞭然之光照見我們生命中的黑暗角落

我們因此清楚地看到眼前的道路並且排除障礙

明晰是所有問題的答案

是釋放所有恐懼的知曉

而隨著明晰之後我們將會有暢行無阻的自由

但明晰是以「接納、解脫、寬恕、

與邁入自身力量之中」這些代價換來的

一旦明晰要解決我們的問題

就需要我們更留意自己對於自己與他人的看法

去看看我們是從「小我」還是「靈性」去做了解?

以及我們有多麼想要去明晰?

有時候徘徊在黑暗中要比有力量的走入光中更容易

The antidote for doubt is clarity, the light of understanding that illuminates the dark corners of our life so we see the path before us clearly and free of obstacles. Clarity is the answer to all of our questions, the knowing that releases all fear and with it comes the freedom to move forward unencumbered. But clarity comes at a price that includes acceptance, release, forgiveness, and stepping into our own power. While clarity will help solve all of our problems, it demands much from us in the way of how we look at ourselves and others, whether we are connected to our understanding through ego or spirit and how much we really want it. Sometimes it is easier to wander in the dark than it is to walk powerfully into our own light.

我們是從「小我」還是「靈性」中來明晰呢?

從小我而言明晰意味著我們想得到自己要的

我們何時想要如何想要

我們經常運用明晰來告訴我們

哪裡可以得到我們應得的以及我們值得去要到的

而不管發生了甚麼或別人如何

小我的明晰是透過自我的位置、信仰、

價值觀與觀察來判斷

而去回答「為什麼」

因此若是我們無法從其中得到我們要的我們便陷入黑暗

因為我們已經被帶到一個直線的思考中

根本不允許其他的選項存在

Are we asking for clarity from the ego or from spirit? From the ego, having clarity means that we get what we want, when we want it and how we want it. We often want clarity to show us where we are worthy and deserving, no matter what happens or what others do. The ego’s clarity answers the question ‘why’ through justification of its position, beliefs, values and perceptions. So if we don’t get those things we stay in the dark because we have drawn a straight line to clarity that does not allow any alternate options.

從靈性來明晰則對所有選項開放

這需要靈性與情緒的成熟度

能夠接受自己和所有人的各種情況

能輕易地從「為什麼」到「是什麼」

知道萬事萬物的發展有其神聖目的

也明白我們對生命中發生的一切

負有責任任何一個片刻都是

靈性的明晰是在一個寬厚無邊的領域中

以信任與信念為基礎

把對方當作共同顯化的夥伴而非敵人

因此我們便解脫了更客觀與更有愛

Clarity from spirit is open to all options. It requires spiritual and emotional maturity, acceptance of ourselves and of others in all situations, it easily moves from ‘why’ to ‘what’, knowing that there is a divine purpose to all things. It remembers that we are responsible for what happens in our life, down to the most minute detail. Spirit’s clarity is based on trust and faith in a benevolent Universe that is our partner in manifestation, not our enemy. And it is detached, observant and loving.

當我們面對極大的挑戰時會很難接受那樣的明晰

我們如何能為那麼劇烈的人生劇碼、恐懼、匱乏負責

我們雖想要明晰

但其實需要的是一個

我們能接受的解釋、理由、與解決方案、

其實我們需要的是一個人或一件事來供我們責難、

我們需要的其實是一個我們能夠立足的結果

但明晰通常不會給我們這些東西

它會把箭頭指向我們自己

提醒我們自身之內擁有答案、明晰在自身之內、

我們必須花更多時間來向內尋找

It is hard to accept clarity when we receive it while facing our greatest challenges. How can we be responsible for so much drama, fear and lack? We ask for clarity but what we really want is an explanation, a reason we can accept, a solution, someone or something else to blame and an outcome we can live with. But the clarity we receive often gives us none of those. It points itself back to us and reminds us that we have the solution, the clarity we want is within and we have to spend more time looking for it.

明晰透過揭露真實的天性與人生使命來解決問題

透過揭露我們的課題、

透過了解課題是大師之路的一部份來解決問題

我們常常被明晰所挫

因為它通常會以一連串的線索來呈現

我們必須自己把它們串連起來自己去找答案

我們會覺得要是我們的疑問

能夠以一個我們所想要的完美圖像來呈現就好了

但這只會暫時滿足我們的小我

我們學到了甚麼? 未來會有所幫助嗎?

我們必須問問是否我們要的是明晰

或者僅只是需要某人告訴我們該怎麼做

Clarity solves our problems by revealing the true nature and purpose of our life path, the lessons we need to learn and the understanding that is part of our mastery journey. We are often disappointed by clarity because it is often presented as a number of clues that we must then put together and find our own clarity. It would be wonderful if we asked for clarity and were presented with a perfect picture of what we needed to learn from that experience. But that would only satisfy the ego in that moment. What would we learn and how would that help us in the future? We have to ask whether we are asking for clarity or just want someone to tell us what to do?

若我們真的想要明晰

那麼我們必須準備好去看到真相的所有面向

甚至是我們並不想要知道的那些

這就是我們會與小我拉扯的地方

有關「接受」與「証實」的差距

舉例而言

帶著明晰我們會明白

原來我們所如此努力的親密關係並不適合我們

於是我們離開而從中得到自由

但小我會利用明晰關係裡的情況來嘗試其他的策略

並不想要承認別人就僅只是並不想與我們連結而以

我們越是鬆脫那執著就越能簡單地明晰

因為執著禁錮著我們無法瞭解那些使我們釋放的道理

使我們隔絕在我們所渴望的喜悅、和平與愛之外

我們能超越小我的需要而更接納嗎? 能超越小我而要求明晰嗎?

我們能明白所接收到的答案僅只是用來瞭解--

那僅是人生的一部份旅程--這麼簡單的真相嗎?

If we ask for clarity we must be prepared to see all aspects of the truth, even those things we do not want to know. This is where we battle with the ego’s desire for acceptance and validation. With clarity, for example, we gain peace from knowing that the relationship we are trying so hard to create is the wrong one for us and move on. But the ego will use the clarity it receives to try other tactics, not wanting to acknowledge that someone simply does not want to connect with us. The more detached we can be, the easier it is to have clarity because without detachment we will block ourselves from the understanding that will help us release those things which prevent us from having the joy, peace and love that we desire. Can we override our ego’s need for acceptance and ask for clarity, knowing that the answer we receive will simply be the truth that we can use to understand this part of our journey?

能夠尋求並接受明晰與任何真相其實是個徵兆

它指出我們已能夠超越那個需要

去透過知道「為什麼」來證實自己的程度

進而轉進到「是什麼」的實像中

什麼是我們所需要知道的、什麼是實際上發生的、

什麼是我們的課題、什麼是需要去療癒的

我們已準備好要接受真相了嗎?

我們將以明晰得到真相然後我們便能決定在人生旅途上是否要繼續前行

明晰能提供我們所有答案就端看我們如何運用它

給你自己這明晰的禮物吧

然後你將知曉你的真相

那些有關自己是誰、你的目的、課題、愛的進程、你的特質

這一切你靈魂早已為你準備的真相

Being able to ask for and receive clarity and all of its truth is a sign that we have evolved beyond needing to know so that we can validate ourselves by knowing ‘why’, and move into the realm of ‘what’, what do we need to know, what is really happening, what is our lesson in this situation and what are we trying to heal. Are we really ready for the truth? We will get it with clarity and then we can decide whether we really want to move forward on our path or not. Clarity will give us all of the answers, it’s up to us to decide what we will do with them. Give yourself the gift of clarity and then you will know the truth of who you are, your purpose, lessons and the evolution into love and mastery that your soul has been preparing you for.
