 生活型態與信念

是我，觀音。

依某些信念所架構的生活，會讓這些信念像是真理。而你所架構的生活同時也在維護這些信念。解構你的生活是認出這些信念的最好方法。

當你不再依慣性做某些事，你就容易覺察出你在抱持的信念。信念只是個想法，不是真理、真相。這信念或許該放下了。

如果你總是做同樣的事、如果你圖方便總是循慣例，改變一下吧！不要循你的計劃，看看會怎樣。看看你會覺察到什麼。看看生活中的信念有意義嗎？然後再決定你還不要有這些信念。

你總是循著你認為好的方式做事情，這其中就有著信念，或許你沒發現。覺察出你的信念吧！解構慣性就能解構信念。

不要總是依慣性、覺察你的信念、不要預期心理，你就更容易活在當下，自發性的、依直覺生活。你會更快樂、更有樂趣。

Structures & Beliefs ∞Quan Yin

“It is I, Quan Yin.

Structuring your life around a certain set of beliefs will hold those beliefs into place. The structure of your life will protect and serve the beliefs that the structure is built around. The easiest way for you to become aware of those beliefs is to deconstruct the structure.

When you no longer have to do something in a certain way, or do it at all, the belief becomes exposed, and you can see it for what it is. It is not a truth. It is only an idea, and perhaps it is an idea whose time has come.

So if you find yourself doing the same thing over and over, if you find yourself taking comfort in your routines and in repetition, do something different. Mix it up. Be willing to throw your plans and your schedule out the window and just see what happens. See what you become aware of. See if those beliefs of yours can hold up without that structure, and then decide if you even want them to.

When you create anything in your experience, you always do so because you believe it will serve you. You may not recognize that belief, but it is there. Becoming aware of your beliefs serves you. Once you deconstruct the structure, you can deconstruct the belief.

It is so much easier for you to be present, spontaneous, and to hear your intuitive guidance when you let go of your structure, when you identify and expose those beliefs, and when you are willing to do something unexpected, something that carries with it no expectation. It is in that moment that you allow for more joy than you have believed possible.
