Number one! Do you understand that physical reality is an illusionary projection?

Where my challenge comes is in knowing that I can just jump to a reality where they are clean?

No! You cannot!

The point is, the only way that you shift to that reality is by actually demonstrating the actions that complete the circuit of energy that show that you actually are choosing to shift to that reality.
唯一能够让你穿越到那样的世界的方法，就是：通过实际行动，完成能量流动的一整个回路，以此来展现出 你是真心实意地选择穿越到那样的世界中去的
It can't just be a wish.
而不能只是“藏于心中的一个愿望”
You have to demonstrate through your actions that it's a truth for you
你必须通过你的行动，证明“你就是这样的你”的事实
Then you'll navigate more and more toward that reality.
然后，你就会越来越“导向”那个世界
And by the way! You, by yourself, don't have to be the one that cleans up the entire ocean
顺便说一句，你并不需要独自一个人，去净化整个海洋

But if you don't do something, you will never act as an example for others who could then join you and then all together clean up the ocean.
但如果你没采取什么行动，那么，你永远不可能成为其他人行动的榜样，他们也就无法加入你的行列，与你一同将海洋清理干净

So just by you doing what you prefer to do in the best way you can

You, by yourself, paradoxically, will have cleaned up the entire ocean

by being an inspiration to others to join you to clean up the entire ocean
如此一来，你反而凭一己之力，将整个海洋都清理干净了

So you must take an action!
所以，你必须有所行动！
You must demonstrate the conviction of the reality you say you prefer
你必须用你的行动，表明你对“你所喜好的世界”的坚定决心
by acting like someone who already lives in such a reality
你必须表现得像是 你已经生活在那样的世界里一样
Because someone who lives in such a reality would never just stand by and watch something contradictory to that reality happen without taking some kind of action on it.
因为，生活在这样的世界里的人，对于与这个世界相违背的人事物，绝对不会袖手旁观、无动于衷的
So if you take no physical action, you're not demonstrating that you actually live in that kind of reality.
所以，如果你没有任何实际行动，那就表明你并没有生活在那样的世界里
Therefore, why should you jump to it?
那么，你怎么可能穿越到那个世界呢？
Because you're not the vibration of it.
因为你的频率，并不在那个世界的频率上
Does that make sense?

You are letting go of old beliefs.
你放下了老旧的信念
That's what that release is all about.
这就是所谓的“释放”
That's perfectly natural.
这完全是自然而然的行为（哽咽）
Remember that when you hold onto negative beliefs, it actually does create a chemical component within your body
请记住，当你紧抓着负面信念不放时，这会在你身体中，产生一些化学物质
And when you let go of those beliefs, you have to wash it out
而当你释放掉这些信念时，你就必须把它们排出体外
And usually that's through your tears
通常，都是通过你的眼泪，把它们冲刷出来的
So that's what you're doing.

So you're starting by cleaning out your tears, and then you'll get to the ocean
