难道你真的没办法分辨“焦虑”与“兴奋”吗？

巴夏：
那你就懂得“冲动”与“兴奋”之间的不同之处了。
因为，冲动，通常都是“焦虑”造成的（产物）。
你认为会错过什么东西，于是，你“迫不及待”地去做某件事；你没有看到 某件你认为应该发生的事情发生，于是，你“冲动”地采取行动了。
这些都是因为“焦虑”。
而你需要做的全部，就是“诚实”地做自我检视。
任何时候，在任何情况下，当你突然感受到内心的某种“冲动”或“焦虑”，你都需要诚实地省察自己内在那些“深信不疑，信以为真”的信念。
然后，停一停，静一静，放轻松，问自己：
为什么会这样呢？
……
好吧，我知道自己现在很冲动。
我之所以冲动，是因为我焦虑。
而焦虑，则是因为我 “ 抓住 ” 了一个基于恐惧的、与真实的自我不相一致的信念（定义）。
那么，这个信念是什么呢？
我要找到它，把它带入光中，并好好地检视一下。
这样，我才能将其放手，让它离去。我才能更清楚地知道 “ 焦虑 ” 与 “ 兴奋 ” 之间的区别。
你只需要一步一步地这么做，就可以了。
答：
好！
巴夏：
当你焦虑的时候，要好好地利用这段时间。
好好地感受焦虑，与它共处一会儿，探索它，并找到导致它产生的信念（定义）。
Because you already know that you cannot have, cannot have, cannot have an emotion in a vacuum.
因为，你已经知道：你不会无缘无故地冒出某种情绪；任何情绪，都不可能凭空而生；当你真正的“空”时，你不会有任何情绪的。
( 巴夏对重要的事情说三遍，所以，同一句话，我用三种翻译)
你只有在相信某个定义为对的（正确的、真实的）的时候，你才会有某种感觉，否则，你不会有任何感觉。
如果你明白这个运作机制，如果你明白 神 / 一切所是 / 存在的结构 的这种运作方式，
那么，你就会知道：任何时候，你都可以从你的任何一种感受，追溯到某个你“信以为真”的信念（定义）。
就是这么运作的！

所以，跟你的感受待在一起，因为这就是（过好）你的人生的关键。
当你有某种情绪的时候，就待在这种情绪里，好好地感受它，与之一同工作。
因为，没有哪个地方，是你更需要去的；没有哪件事情，是你更需要去做。
真正“更”重要的，就是待在这里，做好此刻所发生的事。
如果你无视你所站立的“垫脚石”，视其为无物，那么，你怎么能踩着它，迈到下一块垫脚石呢？
你若无视当下 “ 立足之地 ” ，那怎能迈入下一 “ 境地 ” 呢？
用好当前这块“垫脚石”，那你的道路将“一马平川、步步高升”！

You know like stuff like that.

And this is really the question that everyone needs to ask himself in this scenario.

How honest are you willing to be with yourself?
“你愿意对自己，多诚实？”
That's really the issue.
这才是问题所在
How honest are you willing to be.
“你多大程度上，会坦诚地面对自己？”
If you're afraid to be honest because you're afraid of what you might find that,
你若无法诚实，因为你不敢面对你可能发现的
Then that's not going to work
那这对你无效
And you're going to experience a lot of what you're talking about
而你也会经历很多所谓的
Indecision and confusion
犹豫不决，迷糊混乱
about being able to tell the difference between anxiety and excitement
搞不清“焦虑”与“兴奋”的区别
Or covering up your anxiety, making it appear to be excitement.
或者说，你掩盖了的“焦虑”，使得它看似“兴奋”
This is kind of what we were talking about last night with the idea of the filter
这就像我们昨晚说的“信念系统过滤器”
Because you can put a false positive or a false negative on things
因为你可以在一件事上，加上“虚假的积极”或者“虚假的消极”
And make one thing seem to be its opposite.
就使这件事，变成它的相反面
But this takes great honesty and willingness to investigate the self and ask the self the real questions.
你需要极大的愿心，去自我探索的，并非常诚实地问自己
Am I being self-indulgent here
“我现在是不是放纵（任性）？”
Am I actually acting from anxiety and calling it excitement,
我的行为，是不出发于“焦虑”，却美其名曰“兴奋”吗？
Just because I'm too afraid to look at what's making me anxious
仅仅是因为：“我不敢面对那些让我焦虑的事”
And I just can't be bothered
“我不能被打扰”
I'm just too afraid to go there
“我很怕，不敢去那里”
It is just too much for me?
“超出我的能力范围了”
You have to understand that if you have that kind of a definition,
你要明白，如果有时候你会这么看某些事
Then yes！
那么，是的！
it may be quite possible that you're going to be over indulgent in things
你很有可能面对这些事情时，会过度任性（放纵）
that aren't necessarily in your best interest or aligned with your true vibration,
而且它们也不是你的最高利益，或与你的真实振频匹配
But you have to be honest about it to know the difference.
你需要对自己足够坦诚，才能明白其中的区别
That’s all it takes.
而这就是你需要做的全部！
The willingness to dig deep and be honest about
要有愿心，深入挖掘你的信念系统
why you are experiencing what you're experiencing
诚实地面对：你为何会经历你目前所经历的
Why you are choosing what you're choosing
你为什么会选择你现在所选择的
And not be afraid to find out what the answer is
并对找到的答案，毫无畏惧
Because there is no real reason to be afraid.
因为，让你害怕的理由，根本不存在！
Anything you will discover about yourself
你发现的自己的任何一方面
Can always be used in a positive way
都可以被积极地利用
Can always be used to add to your overall joy and love and creativity and excitement always,
都可以用它来增强（融入）你的喜悦、爱、创造、兴奋
Always, no exceptions.
一直都是，毫无例外！
You can create what appear to be exceptions
你可以创造出某些情况，看似例外
But there aren't really any
但那也不是例外
Remember this is just belief systems making themselves seem indispensable
记住：“信念系统”的工作，就是使自己不可或缺
Because that belief systems have to do
因为“信念系统”一定要这么做
In order to be experienced as a solid reality.
才能使你体验到实相的“真实不虚”！
Otherwise, you know that the smoken and mirrors
否则，你就会知道“一切都是镜花水月”（虚空的虚空）
So negative belief will convince you to be afraid to look for them
负面信念系统会一直游说你，使你不会去寻找它们
Because they don't want you to let them go
因为，它们不希望你让它们走
They will reinforce themselves any way they can.
它们会尽一切可能，不断地自我强化
They will lie you
它们会欺骗你
They will confuse you,
它们会蛊惑你
They will shine shiny objects in front of you
它们会在你面前，扔一块亮晶晶的东西，说：
Woo! Look! Shiny!
“哇！看！什么在发光！”
Don't look over here, look over here
“别看那里，看这里！”
They'll do anything in their power to prevent you from finding them
它们会想尽办法，用尽全力，让你找不到它们
Even making you feel very, very, very afraid to look,
甚至会让你非常、非常、非常地恐惧，从而不敢看它们
But if you understand that that's just the game.
但如果你知道这只是个游戏
It's just a trick
只是它们的伎俩
Then you can go looking and know that there's really nothing to be afraid of.
那你就会去看，并且知道，真没什么好怕的
That's the kind of honesty we're talking about.

It comes with the knowledge that the only thing you could ever discover

No matter how deeply you go
