It seems very easy for me to get insights and ideas all the time for myself and other people 

似乎一直以来，当我为他人和自己 提供见解和想法的时候，那我就可以很容易做到

But I feel a lot of resistance when it comes to writing things down or putting them into the physical. 

但是，如果要把它们写下来，或呈现出来的时候，我就会感觉非常的“抗拒”

It might be through trauma from school 

这可能是因为我在上学期间所受到的创伤

But it feels like it's my highest excitement and also I'm doing with that resistance a lot 

我感觉，这是我的最高兴奋，但是，做起来的时候，又感觉“阻力重重”

Its highest excitement to write them down?

问：

To write and to create, instead of just having them be in my head. 

去写，去创作！而不只是让它们游荡在我脑海中

巴夏：

Then let's examine the belief system behind the idea. 

那么，就让我们一起检视一下其背后的信念系统吧

What is it you're afraid will happen if you write them down? 

如果你把它们写下来，那么，你害怕会发生什么事情呢？

问：

It feels like...For some reason, I'll get attacked 

我感觉……可能，我会因为某些原因，而被攻击……

By whom? 

被谁攻击呢？

Some nebulous unknown people somewhere, somehow, will suddenly find you and hate your writing so much that they have to attack you because of the things that you're saying 

一些不知道从哪里冒出来的无名小辈，突然攻击了你，仅仅因为你写了、说了一些东西，让他们对你恨之入骨？

Is that what you're afraid of? 

你是怕这个吗？

问：

Yeah, it definitely feels silly when I bring awareness to it.

是的！当我意识到这一点的时候，我确实觉得很傻

巴夏：

That's what happens when you turn on the light 

当你打开了灯之后，这就是会发生的事！

The beliefs become nonsensical. 

你的信念，变得荒谬离奇了

You see them for what they are 

你看到了它们真实的样子

They become transparent 

它们变得透明

And as soon as it becomes nonsensical, it's gone 

而一旦它们变得荒谬，那么，它们就消失了

Because you don't hold on the things that make sense 

因为，你不会再抓着无意义的东西不放

Unless you have a belief that says holding on to nonsensical beliefs make sense to you 

除非，你有一个信念，让你认为：坚持某个无意义、荒谬的信念，才是合情合理的

That's the only reason you would hold on to something that doesn't make sense, that is out of alignment with your truth 

这就是你会坚持某个无意义的、跟你的真相大相径庭的信念的唯一原因

Is something within your motivational mechanism, within your psyche, within your belief system says: If you let this go and move forward, something worse will happen 

也就是：在你的信念系统激励机制中，在你的心智中，在你的信念系统中，有某个信念，一直跟你说：“如果你把我放下，并且继续向前，那么，就会发生更糟糕的事！”

But it's just a belief 

但它也只是一种信念

It's just the negative belief attempting to perpetuate itself. 

那也只是负面信念系统，为了让自己“延续长存”而使用的手段

That's the way they're designed 

它们就是这么设计的

Because if you don't have a belief designed to perpetuate itself, you can't continue to have a physical experience 

因为，信念系统，如果不设计成能够“自我延续长存”的，那么，你就无法持续地体验物质世界

But you have to understand that 

但是，你需要明白：

Being a negative belief, it has to perpetuate itself with negatively oriented tools, such as fear, to reinforce itself and make sure you don't let it go. 

作为一个负面的信念，它就需要使用负面导向的工具，比如说，恐惧，从而不断地自我强化，并确保你不会将其放手

You have to see through the smoke and mirrors. 

你需要看透“镜花水月”

You have to see through the illusion of that 

你需要看清虚幻的景象

And know that

并且知道：

no matter how real that fear feels 

不论你的恐惧，感觉多么地真实

It's just the way the negative belief has of not letting you let it go. 

那也只是负面信念，为了不让你把它释放掉，而使用的伎俩

That's all it is.

And in fact,

The more scared you get, the closer you are to letting it go 

你感觉越害怕，你距离“放手”，就越近！

Because now it's working even harder to make you more afraid to let it go 

因为，负面信念使尽浑身解数，更加卖力地让你感到害怕，就是为了不让你把它“放手”

Make sense?

Yes! 

有道理！

巴夏：

Do you feel a little more inclined to write? 

你是否感觉到，更多一点的“写作的意向”呢？

I do.

I am, I'm ready!

Do you know

你知道吗？

that the people that need to receive your writing will then be capable of doing so. 

那些需要阅读你的作品的人，他们就能读到了

Even if there are people who do not wish to receive it, who may even judge it negatively, who may even say hurtful things about it. 

即使有一些人，他们可能不想阅读你的作品；可能会负面评论你的文章；甚至，可能会说一些伤人的话语

They're not your audience anyway 

但是，反正他们又不是你的读者

问：

Yes! 

说得对！

巴夏：

And if you are not giving your gift, you're depriving those who are waiting to receive it 

如果你不给出你的礼物，那么，那些巴望着你的礼物的人，就一无所获、空手而回喽！

It is not very nice.

Is this making some sense?

It does.

Are you feeling a little more relaxed about the idea of writing?

《计划，要赶上变化》

巴夏：

anytime you feel a certain thing 

任何时候，当你有某种感受

All you have to do is trace the feeling back to what you believe to be true. 

你需要做的全部，就是根据这个感受，追溯到“你相信什么是真实的”

And as soon as you define a negative belief, a definition is not working for you. 

一旦你定义出一个负面的信念，一个对你不再适用的定义

Let it go 

你就把它释放掉

And it will clarify your ability to see things more clearly 

这样，你就可以更清楚地看到事情的真相

Remember 

记住：

the idea of being confused in the negative sense is only the product of having confusing and contradictory definitions within your makeup 

你之所以会被负面想法困惑住，是因为，在你的意识中的、混乱且矛盾的定义，发生了相互冲突

So as soon as you identify and clarify a definition that's out of alignment, out of harmony that's discordant 

所以，一旦你认定出不相匹配的定义，理清了不相和谐的信念，弄清那些不一致的想法

And let it go. 

并且将它们释放掉

Everything will align itself in a way that will give you more ability to see things more clearly 

那一切都将变得井井有条，你也就能够更加清楚地看清事实真相

Remember

记住：

you can't perceive what you're not the vibration of first 

你得先在那个振频上，你才能感知到只有在那个振频上才能感知到的事物

Your own Einstein said that 

你们的爱因斯坦说过：

A problem cannot be solved from the same level in which the problem was created. 

一个问题，是无法在 与制造问题的同一层面上 解决的

You have to go to a higher level to see the solution 

你需要站在更高层面，才能看到解决方法

But if you're still down here, 

但如果你还在这下面

You're not to be able to see it. 

那你就看不到解决方法

You cannot perceive which are not the vibration of first 

你得先在那个振频上，你才能感知到只有在那个振频上才能感知到的事物

So you have to go to that space 

所以，你要进入那个振频空间，知道：

Know that everything is happening is happening for your reason, your purpose., that there will always be positive benefit. 

每件事的发生，都是出于你的原因，都为了你的目的才发生的，对你，都有着积极正面的利益

No matter what anyone else's intention maybe 

而不论，其他人有何意图

For you if you only give positive meaning to the things that crop up in your life. 

对你来说，如果你对出现在生命中的事物，只赋予积极正面的意义

And if you know they will serve you in a positive way 

你也知道，它们对你只会有着积极正面的助益

You'll get that effect in your life 

那么，你就会收获这样的效果

So be flexible 

所以，灵活点

Be positive. 

积极正面点

Stay grounded 

脚踏实地

Stay balanced. 

保持平衡

Stay true to yourself 

持续对自己真实

And you will have the ability to have the inspirations

你将能够接收到灵感（启示）的指引

to see the opportunities for what they are to you

让你可以看清眼前的机会  

And how they can be used in a positive way 

知道如何积极正面地利用机会

And how your plan can rearrange itself and change itself 

并且，可以对你的计划进行重新安排与改变

To taking down the course that is in alignment with the path that you are

从而带着你，走上与真正的你相匹配的、属于你的道路

Remember 

记住：

A path is not something you're on 

道路，并不是你所在的地方

A path is what you are 

而是，你就是道路（与生命）
