提升你的频率

 

Vibrational frequency is defined as "the rate at whichthe atoms and sub-particles of a being or object vibrate. The higher thisvibrational frequency is, the closer it is to the frequency of Light."1Each word we speak and thought we think sends out a vibration that attracts toit an experience of like vibration. If we send out fear, we attract fear. If wesend out love we attract love.

振动频率的定义是“某种存在的或者物质的原子或者亚原子粒子的振动速率”。振动频率越高,就越接近光速。我们所说的每个词,我们发出的每个念头,都会发出某种频率,吸引到与该频率相同的体验。如果我们散发着恐惧,我们就会吸引恐惧。如果我们发送爱,我们就会吸引爱。

 

What does it mean to raise ones vibration or to increaseones vibrational frequency? Everything in the Universe is energy and energyvibrates at different rates. Each person has a unique vibration, which is theproduct of all of the influences he/she has ever encountered. The influencesupon which we focus our attention or thoughts are those which determine ordefine our vibration. Negative vibrations are those which are associated with thelower chakras, those which have to do with what we consider to be"negative" emotions or feelings. Included in a list of negativevibrations would be hatred, anger, doubt, fear (of loss, lack, failure, etc.,)jealousy, envy, judgment, (both judgment of others and self-judgment,)impatience, disharmony, imbalance, insecurity, etc. Positive vibrations arethose such as love, harmony, peace, balance, kindness, understanding,compassion, etc.

要提高一个人的振动,或者是提高个人的振动频率意味着什么?宇宙中所有的一切都是能量,能量都以不同的速度振动着。每个人都有特定的频率,这个频率是他/她生命中所有遭遇影响的结果。我们的注意力或者是想法集中的领域决定了我们的频率。负面的振动常与那些能量较低的脉轮相关,我们产生的“负面”情绪或感受与这些脉轮关联起来。负面的振动包括憎恶、生气、怀疑、恐惧(损失、匮乏、失败等等)、嫉妒、羡慕、评判(自我评判或者评判他人)、缺乏耐心、不和谐、失衡、没有安全感等等。正面的振动包括爱、和谐、和平、平衡、友善、理解、同理心等等。

 

The so-called negative emotions are not in and of themselvesbad. We all, at one time or another, experience anger and fear and doubt. Theseemotions only become harmful when we base our words or actions upon them. It isour intention, or the reason behind the word or deed, that sets up, or sendsout, a vibration. We can feel anger about something and yet make a consciouschoice to act out of love instead of acting out of the anger. When we do this,we are raising our vibration from one of anger to one of love. Even if you dont feel like acting lovingly toward a person or event whichhas made you angry, you can always choose to act out of self-love, knowing thatto act out of love is, in the end, the best thing for you.

那些所谓的负面情绪本身没有好或者坏可言。我们都会时而体验到愤怒、恐惧还有怀疑。而当我们的言语或者行为基于这些情绪的时候,它们才会对我们产生伤害。我们的意图,或者说语言/行为背后的原因,奠定或者发射出某一振动频率。我们可以感到愤怒,可是我们仍然可以发自爱而做出决定,而非愤怒。当我们这么做的时候,我们把我们的振动频率从愤怒提升为爱。即使你并没有想要对那些让你愤怒的某人或者某件事情做出爱的举动,但是你总是可以选择出于自爱而做出行动,你知道,最后这些出于爱而做出的选择对你而言是最好的事情。

 

Not only does our vibration attract to us experiences oflike vibration, but it also attracts to us people who are of the samevibrational frequency. Our own vibration is the one in which we feel mostcomfortable and it constitutes a particular "vibrational comfortzone" for each one of us. Our vibration attracts to us others who share asimilar vibration, in order that we may remain in our comfort zone. We begin tofeel "out of our element" when we are around people who are of a verydifferent vibration from ours, whether it be a higher or a lower vibration.

我们的频率不仅仅吸引相同频率的体验,也吸引跟我们频率相同的人。我们自己的频率是我们感觉最舒适的,对我们每个人而言都有一个“频率舒适区”。我们的频率吸引到那些跟我们频率相似的人,因此我们可以继续停留在舒适区。当我们与频率不同的人在一起的时候,不论他们振动频率更高或者更低,我们会开始感觉到“不适应”了。
