So in a way, what this is telling you is,you are just a small creature, just a small pop up.You have pop ups on yourphone screen, which pop up and pop out.On this planet, you’re just a pop up andyou will pop out.Yes.So you think you're an individual existence by yourself, no.If you lose connection with the atmosphere around you, you will die, isn'tit?If you don't eat or drink, you will die.Not just that, every cell,every subatomic particle in this body isin transaction.If the transaction doesn't happen you can't exist for a moment.Butpsychologically, you get yourself into such a cocoon that you think you are anindividual existence all by yourself.

Yoga means you consciously obliterate theboundaries of your individuality because if you do not consciously obliterate the boundaries of yourindividuality,then unknowingly your life is you versus the universe.It's avery… you must listen to me on this one, you can take my advice on this, it's abad competition to get into.You versus the universe, definitely, you will feel like dying.When youface such a big competition, it’s not worth living, it will become like that.Sohow people normally handle it is by obliterating it in unconscious ways alittle bit.

Somebody falls in love with somebody,suddenlythey have opened up the boundaries of their individuality a little bit to somebody.The English expressionof falling in love is a good expression becausesomething of you has to fall – you can't rise in love, you can't fly in love, you can't climb in love.You have tofall in love.That means… (Applause)that means something of you have to bestripped,something of you has to fall down.You have to make space for somethingelse.Little bit of unconscious yoga you did.Does he still don't want to doyoga?

某人与某人坠入爱河，他们就忽然向对方稍稍打开了他们个体性的边界。英语表达中的「falling in love（坠入爱河）」，是个很好的词句。因为你的某些东西必须要放下，你不能在爱中升起，你不能在爱中飞翔，你不能在爱中攀高。你必须坠入爱河意思是···意思是你某些东西必须要褪掉，你某些东西必须要放下，你需要为其他东西腾出空间。这样，你就做了一点点无意识的瑜伽，他是否依然不想做瑜伽？

So this longing to become… to break theboundaries,if it finds very physical basic expression, we call this sexuality.If it finds emotionalexpression, we call this a love affair.If it finds a mental expression, it getslabeled as ambition, conquest, or simply shopping.If it finds a consciousexpression, we call it yoga.In your life, what do you think whatever you do in your life,is it better todo consciously or unconsciously?What do you think?Consciously.So if you do aconscious obliteration of your boundaries,you understand you’re unnecessarilybuilding a psychological structure where you’re feeling trapped.If youconsciously obliterate this, this is called yoga.If you obliterated itphysically, it's called sex.If you obliterated emotionally it's called love.Ifyou try to obliterate it mentally, it's called achievement, conquest, ambition,fulfillment,victory, these kind of things.But all those things, how long dothey last?Momentarily because it's unconscious.If you consciously obliteratethe boundaries of your individuality,you can sit here like the universe – with the same stability.Now, where do youwant to die and go?Because anything that you did not make, you have no right todestroy, isn't it?Did you make this life?Hello?Did you make this life?Are youcapable?No,then how come?Your only problem is your mental structure has becomea mess.You can easily un-mess it.They must do yoga (Laughter/Applause).

因此，这种想成为···去打破界限的渴望。如果它找到肉体上的基本表达，我们称之为性。如果它找到情感上的表达，我们称它为爱情。如果它找到精神上的表达，它被标签为野心、征服或者纯粹是购物。如果它找到有意识的表达，我们称之为瑜伽。在你的生命中，你是怎样认为，不论你在人生中做些什么？有意识地去做还是无意识地比较好？你怎样想？有意识地做。所以，如果你有意识地消除你的边界，你明白你在不必要地建构一个让你感到被困的心理结构。如果你有意识地去消除它，这叫瑜伽。如果你用在肉体上消除它，那叫性；如果你在情感上把它消除，这叫作爱；如果你试图在精神上把它消除这就叫作成就、征服、野心、满足、胜利···等等这类东西。但所有这些东西，它们会维持多久？只有一瞬间，因为那是无意识的。如果你有意识地消除个体性的边界，你可以如宇宙般坐在这里，以相同的稳定性。现在，你想死去然后离开到哪里去？因为任何你没有制造的，你没有权利去摧毁，不是吗？你制造了这个生命吗？Hello？你制造了这个生命吗？你有能力吗？不。那么怎么会这样？你唯一的问题就是你的精神结构变成了一团糟，你可以轻易地拆解这团糟，他们必须做瑜伽。
