Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.

You are ascending with a sense of where you have been embedded in that journey, and that sense, that knowing, is creating for you a more intense and potentially enjoyable experience. You are the witnesses to your own journeys, and some of you are becoming more aware of the lifetimes that you’ve led prior to this one.

The more you recall, the more you can be a witness to, the more of that energy you take with you on your path to the fifth dimension. It is significant to recognize that you are not just leaving everything behind. Everything that you have ever lived in every single lifetime is valuable data. You have been explorers, and you have been exploring experiences and emotions.

你忆起越多，你可以见证地越多，你会拾起越多那个能量踏上通往五维的道路。很重要去意识到你不只是在抛下一切。你在每一个生世中生活过的一切都是有价值的数据。你一直是探险家，你一直在探索体验与情感

What you are doing with that data that you have collected is very interesting. From the experiences that you’ve had, you are creating the experiences you want to have as fifth dimensional beings. And the emotions that you have allowed yourselves to feel are meant to inform you about their corresponding vibrations.

你要如何使用你所收集的数据令人非常感兴趣。从你的体验中，你创造了作为五维存在想要的体验。你让自己去感受的情绪是为了告知你它们相应的振动

Now if you can match the experiences that you want to have with the vibrations that you can extract from the emotions felt, then you really have something. You have the raw materials to create a beautiful world and life experience, and you have the tools to get you there.

The more you familiarize yourself with how everything feels, the easier it is for you then to activate within yourselves that which you want to feel, and therefore create with. This is why it’s so important to embrace experiences and emotions, but it is also important for you to know that you have the power to create.

你越熟悉一切的感受，你能更容易激活内在你想要感受，从而创造的东西。所以很重要去拥抱体验和情绪，但也很重要去明白你有着力量去创造

You are the creators of the reality you’ve been experiencing, and soon you will be the aspect of yourself that has been doing all of the fine-tuning of that creating. You are becoming your higher selves, and that is an enormous undertaking.

你是你现实的创造者，很快你会成为做着所有微调工作的那个部分的自己（为了那个创造）。你在成为你更高的自我，这是一项伟业
