问:

Good morning, Bashar.

And to you, good day

Pleasure to meet you

And you as well.

问:

My question, kind of two parts

All right

好的!

问:

First part is

Do dreams come in the service of health and wholeness for individuals and the society

Do they come in the service of health and wholeness?

Do we dream in the sense, is that a way of healing ourselves?

It's one way, yes

It's not the only way

but it's one way you can use dreams as a representation of the things that need to be rebalanced

And sometimes the rebalancing can actually happen in the dream state

OK

好的

Just depends

How can we best...

How can I help people

Because I'm also working towards a MFT licensure as a therapist

Yes, and this excites you?

It does.

是的!

All right

好的!

问:

And I like to be able to utilize this in a way to assist people in their own becoming

All right, what's stopping you?

Oh, nothing.

I just would like to know if there is a better way or?

A better way?

Could we to use the dreams to help people?

The way that you're most excited to use them is the best way

OK

好的!

Don't you trust your imagination?

Yes

Well, then don't you understand that the permission slip you attract you attract

because those are the ones at that moment that will work best with your belief system

Oh, no! I didn't think about that

Oh, well, now you can

That's how it works

You attract what works for you as a symbol, as a permission slip, as a mechanism.

That's why you attract it

Because it’s in alignment with your belief system

in such a way that allows you to be willing to give yourself permission to be more of who you are

And in working with other people, you will also attract whatever permission slip will allow you to be most effective.

Now you have to have no insistence or assumption as to what you think they're going to get out of it

Because different people will come to you for a variety of different reasons

And not all of them will be what you expect

You can even attract someone for the exact opposite reason you assume they might be coming to you.

Someone might be very insistent that they simply cannot be healed

I'm going to a healer,

and I'm show you,

I'm gonna prove that no one can heal me.

There I went

See, nothing happen

Ha, told you

But you have helped them

Because what they actually came to you for was a reinforcement of something they already believe and want to hold onto.

So you helped them.

They don't have to heal in the way you think they do in order for you to be of help.

Just by being there.

Just by being a sounding board

Just by being an experience

They will use it however they need to,

You just need to be there.

Make sense?

It does

You can give them the vibration that may represent the healed state

If they choose to align with it

They can experience the balancing and healing

But they don't have to choose to align with it.

Your healing must be unconditional to really be healing.

Does that make sense?

Yeah!

是的!

Is this helping?

Yes, thank you very much

And? Anything else?

I had a question, but it kind of answered it well while you're talking

Oh, congratulations

Thank you very much

Thank you!

The idea we will be discussing today will be the concept of healing your world.

Of course, before you can "heal the world", you also must learn to heal yourselves.

In a sense there really is no separation between healing yourself and healing the world

because every change you make in your own being is a change in the totality of your planet consciousness.

So let us begin on the individual level and we will then proceed to talk about how each of you as an individual can heal both yourself and the entire planet.

Now, what is healing?

Perhaps it might be interesting to discuss the idea of "what you're healing yourself from. "

Usually when you think of healing you come from a position where you believe that you are healing from "disease."

All that you call disease can simply be looked at as a literal version of the concept dis-ease; the idea of un-ease within.

All disease stems from or is created from a resistance to your natural self

Resistance in your energy creates friction and that creates disease.

When you are not being your true self, when you are resisting your true self, you're operating on a very slow vibration.

Understand that imagination is on a much higher vibration, because it is the conduit of communication between your physical and higher mind.

If you have an idea of what you would prefer to be, the degree of difference between the "you" you are now, and the "you" you prefer to be creates friction in the energy between the slow vibration and the fast vibration.

Obviously, the greater the difference, the more friction.

The smaller the difference, the less friction.

So, it can then be understood that healing is a process of aligning your energy to create less difference between who you might be and your true, balanced self.

Therefore, all disease is a lowering of your vibration away from your true self.

Likewise, all healing is a raising of your vibrational frequency toward your true self.

Many of you already understand that the true self is very strongly connected with the idea of doing the thing in life that excites you the most.

So living your dream is a very balancing and healing thing to do.

That's why laughter is such a healing thing, because it raises your frequency.

Anytime you are doing what you love to do, you will feel more like laughing.

Anytime you are laughing and enjoying yourself, you will feel more like doing what you truly wish to do.

Laughter gives you confidence.

Confidence allows you to laugh more easily.

All these things are interconnected;

if you can do one, then the other will come more easily.

Some of you say, "Well, I don't have enough confidence to do the thing that really excites me."

You can understand that if you see the connection between the idea of laughter, between the idea of confidence, between the idea of excitement and acting on what excites you the most, you can approach it from many different angles.

If you don't feel like you have the confidence to do what excites you the most, you can help yourself gain confidence by doing something as simple as learning to laugh more easily.

If you don't have the confidence to do what excites you the most, you can create the confidence by simply acting on what excites you the most, whether you feel you can do it or not, thus creating a positive reality and reinforcing the idea of confidence in the future.

You can allow yourself to arrive at that higher vibration in many different ways.
