Can we trust that every moment is perfect?
我们能否相信每一刻都是完美的呢？
巴夏：
Every moment is perfect.
每一刻都是完美的！
It's just a matter of what you put your trust in in that perfect moment.
问题是：在这完美的一刻，你相信什么？
Does that make sense?

there is no such thing as a lack of trust.
没有“信任缺失”这回事
There is no such thing as a lack of confidence.
没有“信心不足”这回事
There is no such thing as a lack of abundance
没有“在富足方面有匮乏”这回事
But there is trust in lack
但却存在相信自己“信任缺失”
There is confidence in lack
存在相信自己“信心不足”
There is an abundance of lack.
存在相信自己“在富足方面有匮乏”
But you're always trusting something to be true.
但你总是对“XXX是对的”信任有加
You're always confident that something is a real.
你总是对“XXX是真实的”信心满满
You are always abundant in something
你总是在“XXX方面”丰盛富足
So it's not about having to learn to trust.
所以，你要做的，并不是学习如何“信任”
It's not about having to learn to be confident
并不是要学习如何“自信”
It's not about having to learn to be abundant.
并不是要学习如何“富足”
You are already all those things.
你已经“是”所有这一切了
It's about where you put your trust
你要做的是：选择你信任什么
what you are confident in
选择你在哪方面“自信”
and what you choose to be abundant in
选择你在哪方面“富足”
Does that make sense?

And when you allow yourself to know that every moment is perfect
当你允许自己知道“每一刻都是完美的”
Then you are defining every situation from a positive point of view
那么，你就是从积极正面的角度定义每一种境遇
And when you define every circumstance with a positive definition
而当你对每种境遇都予以积极正面的定义
The only affect can have in your life is a positive one
那么，你就只能从生命中收获的积极正面的结果
What you put out is what you get back.
你给出什么，你就收获什么
It's that simple.
就这么简单
Because there is nothing in life that has built-in meaning.
因为，在你生命中，没有什么事物是自带有某种意义的
The meaning you give it determines the effect it has in your life
你赋予它的意义，决定了它对你生命的影响
