Greetings! It is, I, Sananda, and it is a joyous occasion for me to address my Eagles once again! Much is happening on dear Mother Earth; all of her kingdoms are being affected, so we are asking you to engage in a broad-spectrum meditation during your coming week. And although it’s one you have done a few times before it is one that the entire world needs right now. It is what I refer to as your ‘icon’ meditation: a rainbow representing Hope, a dove representing Peace, and hands joined around the planet, which represents Unity/Brotherhood.

So, you will be working with only one grid this week, the Human Grid, the Human Heart.

For the first five minutes you are asked to send, through your Divine Intention, the energy of Hope in the form of a rainbow, to every Human Heart on the planet.

For the second five minutes you are to send the energy of Peace, using the mental picture of the dove.

For the last five minutes you are to send the energy of Unity and Brotherhood, using the icon of people surrounding the Earth, holding hands.

最后的5分钟，请借用人们手拉手环绕地球的画面发送友爱的能量。

And I implore you, my brothers and sisters, do not be lax in performing your meditations. They are your ‘job’, so to speak, but much more important than any societal job you could possibly have. So please be diligent. Remember, you do them not for yourselves only, but for thousands of others also.

我恳求你们，我的兄弟姐妹们，做冥想不要松懈。它们是你们的“工作”，可以说，比你们可能做的任何社会工作重要多了。因此请勤奋，记住，你们不只是为了自己而做，也是为了成千上万的其他人。
