你了解梦么?梦有着怎样的启示?

 

宇宙中的一切发生都是为了协助灵性意识扩张。梦也不例外。所以,每一个梦都有其含义

 

 

什么是梦?

梦是内在经验,是非物理性的现实。梦是睡眠中浮现的关于我们的念头,影像,感觉和情感的组合。当我们在睡梦中,我们的意识觉知回到了非物理性现实,站在源头从高我的视角,如镜子般反射我们当下所处的振频现实。


这意味着什么?

当我们睡眠的时候,我们处于完全放松,没有任何抗拒的状态。这时,潜意识浮现出来。梦境就是通往潜意识的窗户。

 

在梦境中,我们可以从身体经验中跳脱出来,去从更高维度的频率上去认知现实。在那个更高维度,有着关于眼下我们所处的进化阶段以及相应现实的生命蓝图。

 

当你睡觉的时候,你从意识中抽离,回到源头或者更高的意识觉知。然后,再次回到物理现实的时候,我们的头脑会将所获得的信息进行解读并通过梦境反应出来,所以,梦境很多时候都是抽象的和非线性的。

 

梦就像是未来,或者说未被显化的现实的预览。我们的念头会创造现实,而梦就在反应我们每天的念头或者情绪和感受,两者总是完美的契合。头脑会选择相应的框架去呈现你的当下振频层级。

 

梦境中的信念系统是完全不同的,因为没有任何限制。所以,任何图像都有可能在梦中出现,比如独角兽,天使,会讲话的青蛙,狗等。一切都有可能。

 

 

举例:我们会在生活里面害怕或者抗拒某些人,并且不会告诉对方,比如是父母,伴侣或者老板。我们可能会逃避面对这些人。所以,在梦中,有可能你会感到被威胁或者被狼或者狮子追逐…通过这样的梦,我们有机会去看见和面对内在的对权威的恐惧,并且有机会去疗愈,同时帮助我们找到现实中的解决方案。

 

相对现实,我们更容易从梦境中获得认知并且放下依附。现实中,即使体验到某种情感或者感受,我们却很难认出和识别它们传递的信息。所以,梦境帮助我们更好的去拥抱记忆,处理情感并且解决问题。

 

梦境有两个阶段。浅层和深层。浅层睡眠里,眼珠是处于快速运动中的。在深层睡眠里,我们会看到跟过去相关的图像,我们会从过去的经验中去学习并且在未来收益。在浅层睡眠里,我们可能会看到未来的某些场景。通过与过去建立连接,并作出相应的改变,帮助我们在未来受益。举例,我们可能梦到自己在海里游泳,然后溺水了。这本身就反应我们当下生活的状态。在梦境中,我们是在唤醒某种解决办法,帮助我们的意识作出转变,同时在生活中创造新的现实。梦的每一个部分都是关于做梦者自身的某个部分。

 

这意味着什么?

梦是你的振频的直接的反映。当我们的意识觉知提升,我们会更容易记起自己的梦,关键是要在醒来的时候去关注和聆听梦里的那份感觉和感受。梦境记录本是一个很好的工具。最好在醒来的一刻就把梦记录下来。这是一个非常好的了解自己的办法。梦处于第五和第六维度,在那里,我们可以与各种灵,指导灵,和其他存有进行互动。

 

 

 我们可以在梦中去与指导灵和天使互动,去寻求某些问题的答案。这帮助我们疗愈生活的每一个方面。这其中的关键就是梦里你的感受和感觉是什么。梦里的所有图像都对应着相应的振频,并引发某种感受。那么,我们如何去疗愈和扩张呢?

 

通过引导意识去往喜悦的方向。生活中也是一样。因为生活本身就是做梦者的一个梦。而做梦者就是你。

 

当你变得越来越有觉知,你会更多的记住自己的梦。到达某个点时,你会从梦里的角色转换成梦的观察者。那时,你可能会做清醒梦,也就是在梦中保持清醒的觉知。

 

当我们理解了梦是什么以及我们为什么要做梦,我们就可以去更好的通过分析梦而在现实中受益。

 

务必要在床头准备一个梦境记录本。


在睡觉前,记下你的问题。想一想你希望梦到什么,然后在梦中去观察。
慢慢的醒过来,花些时间去静默,试着回忆梦的细节,去进入到那份感受中。

梦很容易被忘记,所以要尽快的记录能记起的一切。
把你从梦中获得的信息和理解用到生活中,看看是否能够受益。

梦里面有代表着某种振频的代码。古老和现代的文化,在全世界都有着一些共同的描述某种振频的代码,比如梦到地震代表灾难,梦到水代表情感,梦到动物代表图腾…

聆听你的感受,问自己,这意味着什么?

问自己,这些跟我的生活有什么相关性?

 

梦就是高我,潜意识,指导灵和天使对我们的引领。所以,所有的梦都有其含义。总而言之,一个做梦者正在做梦,做梦者是你,梦中的也是你。

 

Everything in this universe is designed to facilitate the expansion, dreams are no different. Therefore every dream has a meaning. > what are dreams? dreams are internal experiences of non physical reality. they are the combination of our thoughts, images, sensations and emotions, that happen while we are asleep. When we sleep, our consciousness returns to the non physical reality, perceives our reality from the source perspective, from our higher self perspective and plays a direct mirror of our currant vibrational state.

 

What does this mean? when we are sleep, we are in the state of non resistance. we allow the subconscious mind to reveal it self. To perceive the vibrational reality, just as it is. the dreams are the window to our subconscious mind.

 

In dream state we have the out of body experience and perceive the reality from the higher dimensional frequency. the dimension that contains the blue print of what is in the process to manifest in our day to day reality.

 

When you are going to sleep, you withdraw your consciousness that returns to the source or higher perception consciousness. in the return to the physical reality, our mind interperates the data or the information to the most accurate vibrational match to that information and therefore dreams are in a more abstract and non linear form. the brain is translating the downloads of the 5th and 6th dimentional realities,  into the physical form so our mind can make sense of the translations of the dreams.

 

Dreams are like a preview of your pre manifested reality. as your thoughts create your reality, this process is shown to reflect to you your day to day thoughts. the thoughts and feelings that you are feeling, and what you have been creating in your reality are always the prefect match. your dreams are also the match to what you have been thinking and feeling. the mind chooses the structure to show a perfect and exact match to your currant vibrational state.

 

The belief system in your dream state is different and there are no limits to what is possible whats not, so therefore  all images are used. for example , unicorns, angel, talking frogs and dogs….anything is possible.

 

For example. somebody in our life is making us feel scared or uncomfortable and we do not chose to say that to them. maybe a parent, spouse or a boss so you try to avoid them or confronting them. 

 

So you dream that for example in your dream you are being threatened or chased by a T Rex , or wolfs of a lion…so in this way you can actually see and face your fears of the authorities and have a chance to see it and face it. that way you have a chance to heal it, and create in your reality solutions to your struggles.

 

Its much easier to perceive the dream and detach your self from it. even that you do experience the emotions, you are not identifying with them as you are in your awake reality. so you can make necessary changes to prevent creating the reality from your subconscious mind. dreams help to embrace the memory, process the emotions and solve problems.

 

There are two phases of sleep: non rem and rem. Rem stands for rapid eye movement 
In non rem sleep we are shown the images that relate to our past. We are using past experience to learn and how to benefit the future and rem sleep is showing the pre manifested reality in our future. Making the connection with the past and needed changes we can make to benefit the future. For example , we might be dreaming that we swim in the ocean and then we get deeper and get stuck in the current of the water. That itself is the reflection of how we feel in our life. In our dream we are evoking the solution and that can act as needed shift to become more conscious and create the solution in our life. Every aspect of the dream is the aspect of the dreamer.

 

What does it mean? Dreams are direct reflection of what's going on with you vibrationally. As we become more conscious , we can recall our dreams more and the key to understand them is to listen to our feelings upon awakening . Good tool to this is having a dream journal and examine the dream first thing when you wake up. This is also a good way to understand yourself better. Also as dreams happen in the 5th and 6th D, where we are having the interaction with the spirits, guides and other being that we resonate with but also thought forms of that dimension .

 

We can use the dream state to ask for the answers to some of our questions, to interact with guides and angels and to resolve many life issues. That includes healing in every aspect in our life. The key to understand all is in your feelings. The translated images are associations to the vibrations of the self. Each image is a vibrational state and it's read by a feeling associated with it. How do we alter that state and heal and expand?

 

Use consciousness to play and go in direction of what feels good and joyful . It is the same with your life. As life is just a dream in one of the realities of a dreamer. You.

 

As you are becoming more conscious you will remember your dreams more. There comes a point where you shift from the player in your dreams, to observer of your dreams. Then times come when you awaken in your dreams and that is, conscious or lucid, dreaming.

 

Now when you understand what dreams are and why we are dreaming, we can move on to the system and ways of analysing and using your dreams to benefit your daily reality.

 

Keep a dream journal by the side of your bed. Before you go to sleep, write down your question. Think about what you want to dream about. Then observe yourself as you fall asleep. Wake up slowly, spend some quiet time, remembering your dream while, observing and tuning in to your feelings. Your dream will fade quickly, so record all you can remember. Apply the understanding and information you receive from your dreams in your life and see how this can benefit you.

 

Dream codes are the signatures of certain, vibrational information. Ancient and modern cultures around the world have common associations to describe certain vibrations, for example, dreaming earthquakes symbolises a catastrophe, water symbolises emotions, animals as totems, different aspects of that which have the vibrational similarities as these animals...tune into your feelings, what does this mean to me? Where in my life, now, can I relate those feelings to? 

 

It is known through our times that dreams are the guidance we receive from our higher selves, our subconscious minds, our guides and angles. Therefore, all our dreams have a meaning. Beyond that, there is a dream, there is a dreamer that is dreaming you.
