Greetings, Ashtar back with you once again. Let’s make thisquick, shall we? You would agree, would you not, that the Winds ofChange are here? Indeed! Everything is being stirred and the creamis rising to the top. As you probably know, your sun has been quiteactive during your past week, reflecting not only the higher energythat is pouring through to you but is also reflecting the chaosthat is upon your planet. So this is what you are being asked tofocus on in your next meditation.

As you’ve been told, Love brings Balance and Healing, which isexactly what your sun needs at present. Therefore, for the firstfive minutes of your meditation you are to send Love to your sun,intending for Balance to be restored.

你们知道，爱带来平衡与疗愈，这正是太阳目前所需要的。因此，冥想的第一个5分钟，请发送爱给你们的太阳，意念它恢复平衡。

For the second five minutes you are to send Love to the electromagnetic grid of Earth, once again intending the aspect of Balance.

And for the last five minutes you are asked to send Love, once again, to the heart of every man, woman and child upon your planet, intending Healing.
