OK, let’s light up some grids, shall we? This is Ashtar, back with your next meditation assignment.

Your sun has calmed down a bit but there continues to be some disturbance within the Earth’s electromagnetic grid. So, for the first five minutes of this meditation you are being asked to continue for another week of sending Love to that grid. Imbalances in the electromagnetics of Earth affect not only the planet itself but also your physical bodies, so bringing Balance to this grid helps not only the planet but your physical body as well.

你们的太阳平静了一些，然而地球的电磁网络内部仍有一些干扰。因此，冥想的第一个5分钟请继续发送爱给电磁网络。这个网络的不平衡不仅影响地球本身，也影响你的身体。因此，为它带来平衡可以帮助地球和你们的身体。

Now, for the second segment of this meditation we are getting back to some basic ‘clean-up’ work, so you are being asked to send the energy of Love to the Water element of your planet.

For the last five minutes you are to send the energy of Love, once again, to the Heart of Gaia. Establish that strong connection with her, and then feel her Love pouring back to you.
