"We are all in this together"

As the world feels the effect of the coronavirus I would like us all to view this pandemic as an opportunity to really evaluate who we are, who we want to be and how we will react to this situation. We have an opportunity to either focus on fear or kindness.

“我们都一起在这个事件里”            

当全世界都感受到冠状病毒的影响时，我希望我们大家都把这次大流行视为一次机会，来真正反省我们是谁，我们想成为谁，以及我们将如何应对当下的情形。我们有机会要么关注恐惧，要么关注慈爱。

As many of us around the world are going into lockdown or self quarantine I would ask that we take this time to reflect, to come home to ourselves, to find peace and focus on how we can make the world a better place. This is our opportunity as a society to rethink and create a new way of living that is not only beneficial to us but also for our Planet.

随着我们世界各地的许多人都将进入禁闭或自我隔离状态，我呼吁我们利用这段时间来反思，回到自己的家园内在，找到和平并集中精力如何使世界变得更美好。这是我们作为一个社会重新思考和创造一种新的生活方式的机会，这种生活方式不仅有益于我们，而且也有益于我们的地球。

Because of this pandemic we are learning how much work can be done from home and as a result carbon monoxide from cars is down 50% and the worlds CO2 have also fallen sharply . Waterways are becoming crystal clear and fish and even dolphins have been spotted in the canals of Italy. Deer and monkeys are returning to the forests in Japan and India. We can clearly see the positive impact on Nature when human beings are not over polluting.

Now is the time of great change, this is the moment we can act as the "Strongest of the Strong" and become the change that we want to see in the world. We have time now to reflect, to come into ourselves, to meditate and relax and enjoy and love nature and realize that there can be a new way of functioning in our societies. Simply put we can use this time to panic, to hoard, to fight, to feed fear and anxiety and to blame others, point fingers and waist our energy on all the conspiracy theories out there or we can use this time to be love, be kind, to work together and find new ways of working with one another for the betterment of all.

现在是伟大变革的时刻，这是我们可以扮演“强者中的强者”并成为我们想在世界上看到的变革的时刻。我们现在有时间反省、进入我们自己，冥想、放松、享受和热爱自然，并认识到在我们的社会中可以有一种新的运作方式。简单的说，我们可以利用这段时间来恐慌、囤积、斗争、助长恐惧和焦虑、责怪他人，把我们的精力集中在所有的阴谋论上，或者我们可以利用这段时间来成为爱、成为仁义、共同努力、寻找新的合作方式为所有人的福祉工作。

We are living in the Time of Change! We will face the effect of global warming and all that comes with it. We can keep going the way we have been and watch the destruction of the circle of life or we can move forward with a more conscious, loving and unified way of living. In this time we can chose to panic and live on fear based ideas and actions or we can unit together and make the changes necessary to take better care of our planet, become more loving, considerate and aware of our impact on our planet.

我们生活在变革的时代！我们将面临全球变暖的影响以及随之而来的一切。我们可以继续走我们过去的路，看着生命（态）圈的毁灭，或者我们可以用一种更有意识、更有爱心和更统一的生活方式前进。在这段时间里，我们可以选择恐慌，生活在基于恐惧的想法和行动之上，或者我们可以团结在一起，做出必要的改变，更好的照顾我们的星球，变得更有爱心、更体贴，并更加觉察我们对我们星球的影响。

Let us use this as an opportunity to restart society on a more environment conscious and connected path. We are The Ones We Have Been Waiting For! It is time for us to be the best we can be, shine our lights as bright as possible and for us to be the change we wish to see in the world!

让我们以此为契机，在更加注重环境、更加紧密联系的道路上重新启动社会。我们就是我们一直在等待的人！是时候让我们成为最好的自己了，是时候让我们的光尽可能的明亮，是时候让我们成为我们希望在这个世界上看到的改变！
