“Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.

We have discovered a new way to get through to all of you. We have begun to utilize the Earth’s electromagnetic energy to reach you even when you are not receiving one of these transmissions. This also allows us to connect with those who would never receive one of these transmissions consciously. Everything, of course, adds to the human collective consciousness.

We are also able to integrate more downloads and activations through the access that the field gives us to your largest bodies of water.

We are especially excited about reaching those who would otherwise be impossible for us to reach directly. Some of you can certainly relate to that.
