Greetings, Ashtar back with you again and I bring joyous news! You are at the threshold of another high-vibrational wave of energy containing the essence of Christ Consciousness. However, as it comes to you on the wings of your solar winds, it is causing some disruption in Earth’s electromagnetic grid, so let us bring balance to that situation.

问候大家，阿斯塔再次与你们相聚并带来了好消息！你们即将迎来又一波高频能量，其中包含着基督意识的实质，然而它是跟随太阳风一起到来，对地球的电磁网络会造成一些干扰，因此让我们帮助去平衡这个状况吧。

For the first five minutes of this meditation you are asked to send the energy of Love to the planet’s electromagnetic grid, intending the aspect of Balance to anchor there.

For the second five minutes you are to send the energy of Love to the Human Grid, sending to the hearts of all humans on the planet.

For the last five minutes, you are asked to send the energy of Love to the core of your planet. You have been told that Earth was ready to make another leap in her planetary evolution and this is it.

I cannot say ‘how’ this new wave of energy will present itself to the planet however I will give you a hint. Watch what you term the Schumann Resonance of Earth. And if you are not familiar with that term, then Google it, as you say. Research it. You will perhaps be quite surprised!
