Repressing the tears is a subtle tricktorepress the heart.

压抑眼泪是抑制我们心灵的一个精微的诡计。

You have lived in the head, high andproud,thinking your ego very strong. Now you have fallen in a wrongcompany...these are mad people here. Anybody can start crying any moment! Crying isthought to be sacred here, because tears come directly from theheart. There isno other prayer which is more beautiful than tears.

你一直都活在头脑里，自大自夸认为你的自我很强大。其实你是跌到错误的方位去了……这是疯子们的所在之地。这儿没有人能够在任何时刻哭泣！哭泣在这儿是令人害怕的事，因为眼泪是直接来自于心的。没有比眼泪更美的祈祷了。

And it is not that tears come only whenyouare in suffering, pain and sadness. That too is a wrong idea that has beengivento you -- that tears come only when you are in pain.

眼泪并不是在你哀伤、痛苦和悲伤时才会流出的。这也是人们给你的错误观念——之所以会掉眼泪是因为你在痛苦之中。

No. Tears come whenever anything isoverflowing-- it may be pain, it may be pleasure, it may be agony, it may beecstasy -- anythingoverflowing. Tears are symbols of something overflowing.

And, Kray, something wants tooverflow,something wants to burst forth. You have repressed a long long timeall that isbeautiful. Now, being in my Buddhafield, it is impossible to remainin yoursenses; it is impossible NOT to fall in love. You don't have a heart ofstone;you have a heart which is beating with God, full of love -- repressed,butready to burst forth any moment, waiting for its opportunity. And thatopportunity has come.

Sannyasis a new way of life, a newstyle, a new philosophy -- to live totally: withtears, with smiles, with love,with laughter, with anger, with hate, withcompassion -- to live in all thedimensions of the mind, being, and to livetotally. And the miracle is that ifyou live totally,slowly slowly, all that is negative starts disappearing of itsown accord. Andfinally, ultimately, only that which has always been called virtueremains; theevil evaporates.

门徒是生活的一种新方式，是一种新的型态也是一种新的哲学─全然生活着：有泪、会微笑、有爱、会欢笑、有愤怒、会怨恨、还有颗慈爱的心——活出头脑以及我们的在的不同面向，而且要活得全然。如果能活得全然，慢慢、慢慢地就会有奇迹出现，那就是所有负面的情绪开始自然的消失。最后，最终极，只有我们常常称之为美德的德性存留下来；所有的罪恶会消失殆尽。

眼泪是最美的东西之一

如果你允许更多的眼泪，心会溶化得更快。因为在你的人生里，你从来没有真正地哭过，心已忘记如何溶化了。但它就要开始了。它再度开始获得活力……它已在发芽。

所以不必担心你为什么哭；有时候是因为忧伤，很好；有时候是因为快乐，也很好。有时候甚至如果那是错综复杂的感觉，一方面是忧伤，另一方面是喜悦，也不必担心。就是继续不断地从眼泪里把自己的情感倾倒出来。

眼泪是最美的东西之一。它们除去了你的负荷，它们洗净了你的视线……这并不仅仅是改善肉体的视力而已，它们也洗净了你灵性的视力。

基本上，眼泪就是把眼睛里的灰尘清洗掉，它们也能清洗你灵性上的视线。然后你的眼光会变得更清晰，更天真无邪，而且心会开始溶化。

眼泪是心的语言。就好像思想是头脑的语言一样，眼泪是心的语言。眼泪是心的诗歌。你的哭到底是因忧伤或因快乐，无所谓。有所谓的是你在哭，但要很全然地在里面。不要抑制它们！不要踌躇，不要觉得不好意思，不要觉得害羞。

变成像一个小孩子。不要判断，不久它们就会像洪水般地来临。随着它们的来临，你的心才会再开始运作。它才会开始变得温暖，变得有活力。而且爱将会在暗中滋长。
