“It is I, Quan Yin.

Because you are ascendinginto higher frequencies, you are undergoing a process of relinquishing. Youcannot bring that which is not vibrating at a high frequency into the fifthdimension. It is simply not possible. So you will relinquish some things,whether you want to or not.

是我，观音

因为你们正在扬升到更高的频率，所以你们正在经历一个放手的过程。你不能把低的振动带入到第五次元高的频率里。这是不可能的。不管你愿不愿意，你都会放弃一些东西。

The pain that you feel ofletting go is coming to you from that part of you that wants to remain thirddimensional, separate, and egoic. These are not bad things, by the way. Theyare simply different ways of experiencing reality. And as you shift into a newway of experiencing reality, the process of letting go can seem like a death ora mourning process.

The pain itself is anatural experience. What you will find, however, is that you have control overhow much pain, how long you feel it, and how intense it is. So from now on,when you feel pain, just remind yourself that it is telling you that you areascending. With pain comes relief. The two go hand in hand.

你感觉到放手的那种痛苦来自于你想保留三次元小我的那一部分。顺便说一下，这些并不是坏事，它们只是体验现实的不同方式。当你进入一种新的体验现实的方式时，放手的过程就像是一种死亡或一种哀悼的过程。

The experience of reliefallows you the opportunity to appreciate the pain. You cannot get to therelief, however, until you let go. Every day make it your intention to let goof something that no longer serves you. Make it your intention to allow theprocess of ascension to occur as easily, and with as little pain and suffering,as possible.

And do your best to enjoythe process of letting go, because in your letting go you open yourself up tosomething new and wonderful.

解脱的经历让你有机会对痛苦的经验表达感激。然而，在你学会放手之前，你是无法得到解脱的。每天你都要放下那些不再为你服务的东西。使之成为你的意图，让扬升过程尽可能容易地发生，并且尽可能减少痛苦和受苦。
